Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp melted butter

  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup powder sugar or as needed

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

    Dry ingredients : In a bowl. Combine wheat flour, baking powder,baking soda,salt. Mix...well. Keep aside

    Wet ingredients : In a bowl. Combine eggs, melted butter, cocoa powder,vanilla essence, powder sugar. Blend....till the mixture become smooth

    Combine dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Blend....till the batter become smooth.

    Preheat oven about 180 d C . Grease the cake mould with melted butter

    Pour the batter in a cake mould. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes

    After45 minutes check with fork. If the fork is clean it shows the cake is ready

    Take out the cake mould from oven. Cool it and tap the mould gently. The cake will come out easily
