  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp melted butter

  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup powder sugar or as needed

  • 1 pinch of salt


  • Dry ingredients : In a bowl. Combine wheat flour, baking powder,baking soda,salt. Mix...well. Keep aside
  • Wet ingredients : In a bowl. Combine eggs, melted butter, cocoa powder,vanilla essence, powder sugar. Blend....till the mixture become smooth
  • Combine dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Blend....till the batter become smooth.
  • Preheat oven about 180 d C . Grease the cake mould with melted butter
  • Pour the batter in a cake mould. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes
  • After45 minutes check with fork. If the fork is clean it shows the cake is ready
  • Take out the cake mould from oven. Cool it and tap the mould gently. The cake will come out easily
