Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Semolina 1 cups

  • Sugar 3/4 cups

  • Coffee powder 1 tbsp

  • Butter 2 tbsp

  • Ice-cream scoops 2 nos

  • Silver pearls 1 1 tbsp

Directions

    Heat a pan add butter then add semolina and mix well on sim gas.

    Now add coffee powder and mix it.

  • 03

    Roast it till the ghee separates. And see the semolina change in golden colour.

    add water and sugar in another pan. Add elachi powder and boil till sugar melts.

    Add this water in semolina coffee mixture.

  • 06

    keep stirring till the mixture thicken and the consistancy look like pudding.

    Greese a mould with butter put semolina coffee mixture in it.

    Demold when it sets. Place icecream scoop on the top.

    Sprinkle the pearls and cherry on it
