wash and boil green peas for 8 mins. Refresh in cold water & grind to a fine paste.
Heat ghee in a thick-bottomed pan, add green peas paste and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
once you get aroma, keep aside. Boil milk for 10-12 mins then add peas paste making sure no lumps are formed, cook for 6 mins.
Now add soaked sago (in a bowl take 1/2 cup sago wash with cold water , drain the water cover and keep for 15mins)
add sago to milk, bring it to a boil. cook on low heat for 12-14mins.
now add sliced almonds, milk powder, sugar, green cardamom powder, and raisins mix well
cook for about 6-8 minutes on low heat , stirring continuously.
Take off from the heat and allow to come to room temperature, garnish with roasted melon seeds and almonds. sprinkle green cardamom powder.
serve or keep in the refrigerator. to be served chilled.
