  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup powder sugar or as needed

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp a pinch salt


  • Dry ingredients : In a bowl. Combine wheat flour, baking powder,baking soda and a pinch of salt. Mix....well. Keep aside
  • Wet ingredients : In another bowl. Combine eggs, melted butter, cocoa powder, vanilla essence. Mix...well. Blend ......it till the mixture become smooth.
  • Dry ingredients mix with wet ingredients. Blend it till it becomes ribbon consistency. Keep aside.
  • Mean while preheat oven 180 d C for 5 minutes
  • Grease the cake mould with butter. Pour the batter in a cake mould.. Cover the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes
  • After 45 minutes check with fork. If the fork is clean it means the cake is ready to serve
  • Take out the cake mould from oven. Tap the mould gently. The cake will come out easily
  • Garnish with slices almonds and pistachio. Ready to serve whole wheat flour brownie
