  • 500gm pumpkin

  • 2 tsp pepper powder

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1tsp butter/ghee

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tsp fresh cream


  • Pressure cook pumpkin to make it soft.
  • Grind boiled pumpkin with milk to form a thick paste
  • Heat sauce pan, and add butter to it
  • Add the pumpkin paste along with pepper powder and salt
  • Add milk according to the thickness of soup as required.
  • Serve the soup with some chopped coriander
