Boil the mankochu with salt
Then marinate the boiled mankochu with garlic paste, chillie paste , lemon juice, salt, turmeric powder , cumin seeds for 2hrs
Then mix in a different bowl: besan, rice powder, baking soda, salt, turmeric powder and coriander leaves and water to make a paste
Now heat the oil and dip the mankochu in the paste and deep fry
Now serve with preferable sauce
