First of allMix walnuts and chocolate chips in the bowl for the topping.(walnuts andchocochips are optionals)
And Keep aside.
Grese muffin tray with butter
and Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C. With muffin tray
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, instant coffee powder and salt in a bowl.
Now in another bowl Mix butter, powder sugar, espresso coffee, milk and vanilla extract/chocolate extract.
Now mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.(optional)
Pour the batter in the muffin liners until they are 3/4th full.
Sprinkle the topping mixture on top.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until the tooth pick comes out clean.
Remove muffins tray from the oven and let the muffins cool on a wire/room temprature.
Now this cocolate coffee muffins are ready to eat..
