First wash the strawberries and remove the top part of it.
Now finely chopped them.
I have used the vegetable Cutter for chopping.
Now add sugar into it and mix it well.
After that turn on the flame and put it on stove.
Flame should be slow.
Now stir it and cook it until watar fully burn.
Add the lime juice and mix it well.
Lime juice is optional in this recipe.
Now cook it for 40 minutes on medium flame.
When jam turns thick and water is fully burned turn off the flame.
Let it cool down completely.
After that store into air tight container.
You can store it for 1-2 months in refrigerator.
Enjoy it with bread.
