Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 kgs strawberry


  • 1 kgs sugar


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  • First wash the strawberries and remove the top part of it.
  • Now finely chopped them.
  • I have used the vegetable Cutter for chopping.
  • Now add sugar into it and mix it well.
  • After that turn on the flame and put it on stove.
  • Flame should be slow.
  • Now stir it and cook it until watar fully burn.
  • Add the lime juice and mix it well.
  • Lime juice is optional in this recipe.
  • Now cook it for 40 minutes on medium flame.
  • When jam turns thick and water is fully burned turn off the flame.
  • Let it cool down completely.
  • After that store into air tight container.
  • You can store it for 1-2 months in refrigerator.
  • Enjoy it with bread.
