First, peel the skin of the bottle gourd and cut half.
Now remove the middle part and seeds from it.
Now grate it.
Using your palms now extract water from it.
Now take a pan and grated bottle gourd into it.
Now add milk and cook it on low flame for 5 minutes.
Stir continuously.
Boil until milk fully burn.
Now add sugar into it.
Mix it well.
Cook it until sugar fully melts and absorbs.
Now take another pan and khoya into it.
Cook it on low flame until colour change.
Now add ghee into Halwa and mix it well.
After that add khoya and mix it well.
Cook it for 5-8 minutes on medium flame.
Lastly, add almonds and cardamom powder and mix it well.
Turn off the flame.
Serve hot.
Bottle Gourd Halwa is ready to be serve.
