Ingredients

medium size red carrots 5-6 nos
full fat milk 1 cups
ghee / clarified butter 2 tbsp
sugar 1 cups
cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
grated mawa 1 cups
chopped dry fruits (cashew nuts, pistachio, almond, raisins 1/4 cups
Directions
Firstly rinse ,peel and cut carrots into small pieces.
Then blend it in the food processor for a minute. or till it grated properly.
Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan in medium flame,add grated carrots and cook it for couple of minutes.
Add milk and sugar ,now cook the grated carrots , keep on stirring and cook it till all the milk evaporate.
Lastly add grated mawa, cardamom powder and dry fruits ,mix it properly and put off the flame .
Serve hot and enjoy.
