Ingredients

  • 1 nos raw potato


  • 2 cups rawa


  • 1 cups dahi


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp rai


  • 10 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tsp eno

Directions

  • Peel raw potato add little water and grind it
  • Add potato mix into dahi
  • Take rawa add the grinded potato add curd and mix well
  • Keep for 15 minutes
  • Add eno and little water and mix well Grease the idli stand put the batter and steam it
  • Take kadai put oil rai curry patta and saute idli in it
  • Saute it from both sides
  • Idli ready to eat with chutney
