Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 500 gram grated raw papaya


  • 1 litter milk


  • 1tsp green cardamom pwd


  • 1cup milkmaid powder


  • 20 finely chopped pistachio


  • 1 cup sugar (as required )


  • 3tsp pure ghee

Directions

  • Heat the wok with 2 tsp ghee add grated papaya saute it 5or 8 min on medium flame
  • Now add milk mix it properly now cover and cook for 1o min on lower flame
  • When ur mixture becomes thick add milk powder mix it properly
  • Now add sugar, green cardamom pwd, some pistachios reserve some pistachios for garnishing
  • When ur mixture take a hold shape then reduce the flame
  • Now take a tray or thali grease with some ghee now transfer the prepared mixture spread evenly and top garnish with some expect pistachio and lightly press it now keep it in fridge for 3 hours for set
  • After 3 hours take out from fridge and cut in to ur desired shape and enjoy it
