Soak daal overnight.
Grind in the blender and blend it.
Hot the kadai put ghee them add daal paste. (low flame)
Mix well with ghee and continuously string it otherwise it will burnt.
Hot another pan add water, jaggery and elachi. Boil it till the sugar dissolve and switch off the flame and keep aside.
When the daal leaves the ghee and changed in brown colour then add water and mix well.
Now medium the flame and add chopped dry fruits.
When the water evaporate then switch off the flame and cover it with lid for 5 minutes.
Garnish it with dry fruits and khoya and Served hot.
