Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Moong daal 1 katori


  • Jaggery 1 katori


  • Elachi 2


  • Water 1 katori


  • Ghee 1 katori


  • Almonds 8 chopped


  • Cashews 8 chopped

Directions

  • Soak daal overnight.
  • Grind in the blender and blend it.
  • Hot the kadai put ghee them add daal paste. (low flame)
  • Mix well with ghee and continuously string it otherwise it will burnt.
  • Hot another pan add water, jaggery and elachi. Boil it till the sugar dissolve and switch off the flame and keep aside.
  • When the daal leaves the ghee and changed in brown colour then add water and mix well.
  • Now medium the flame and add chopped dry fruits.
  • When the water evaporate then switch off the flame and cover it with lid for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish it with dry fruits and khoya and Served hot.
