Broken Glass Jelly

Serves 4

  • 8 gm Agar Agar

  • 100gm Coconut flavour China Grass

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 500ml Milk

  • ¼ tsp red food colours

  • ¼ tsp yellow food colours

  • ¼ tsp green food colours

  • ¼ tsp blue food colours

  • 250ml water


  • 01

    Soak agar agar strips in ¼cup lukewarm water for 10minutes.

    Heat water in pan, add soaked agar agar and cook until it melt.

  • 03

    Agg sugar, cook until sugar dissolve completely.

  • 04

    Now divide it into 4 square shape containers. Add food colours in each containers.

    Refrigerate for an hour or until jelly set.

    Demould jellies and cut all jellies into small square shape pieces.

    Add milk and coconut flavour china grass in pan. Keep stirring continuosly. Bring it to boil. switch off the flame and let it cool slightly.

    Arrange jellies in tin. Pour coconut milk on all over jellies. Cover and refrigerate for 2hours.

    When Broken glass jelly set. Cut it into pieces and serve.
