Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 5-6 nos fresh tometo


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/2 tsp panchaforan


  • 2 nos bay leaves


  • 1 nos red chili


  • 10-15 nos raisins


  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add panchforan, bay leaves, whole red chillies and raisins.
  • Cook with chopped tomatoes and salt.
  • When the water is almost dry, add sugar and mix well.
  • Cook until the water dries.
  • Tometo Chutney is ready
