  • wheat flour 1/2 kgs

  • almond 100 gms

  • kaju 100 gms

  • chuhare 100 gms

  • walnut 100 gms

  • dry coconut 100 gms

  • gond 100 gms

  • melon seeds 2-3 tsp

  • poppy seeds 2 tsp

  • gaggery 250 gms

  • ilachi powder 1 tsp

  • ghee 250 gms

Directions

    Firstly ek pain me ghee heat kar gond ko fry kar le. Ab ek ek karke Sare dry fruits roast kar le jaisa pic me h.

    Chuhare k seeds nikal kar mixer me powder bana. Isse v ghee mai roast kar le. Dry coconut ko grate kar roast kar le. Ab ek pain me ghee daal kar atte ko light brown roast kar le.

    Ab ek pain me gud, pani daal kar chasni bana le.Sare dry fruits ko crush kar le ya choper se chop kar le.

    Ab savi roasted ingredients, ilachi powder and gud syrup daal kar mix kare aur laddu bana le. Ready h very healthy and testy laddu.
