Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups roast semolina


  • 500 gms milk


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1/2 cups ghee


  • 1 gms beetroot grated


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tbsp dry fruits powder

Directions

  • Roast semolina.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add grated beetroot.
  • Fry till it smells good.
  • Now add milk.
  • Add roasted semolina.
  • Add sugar and cook till the water dries.
  • Add ilichi powder and turn off the gas.
  • Ladoo will be prepared with hot mixture by mixing ghee and dry fruits will be decorated with powder.
