Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Roast semolina 1 cups

  • milk 500 gms

  • sugar 1/2 cups

  • ghee 1/2 cups

  • beetroot grated 1 gms

  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

  • dry fruits powder 1 tbsp

Directions

    Roast semolina.

    Heat ghee in a pan and add grated beetroot.

    Fry till it smells good.

  • 04

    Now add milk.

  • 05

    Add roasted semolina.

  • 06

    Add sugar and cook till the water dries.

  • 07

    Add ilichi powder and turn off the gas.

  • 08

    Ladoo will be prepared with hot mixture by mixing ghee and dry fruits will be decorated with powder.
