1/2 cup cabbage shredded
1 bulb garlic
2 onions sliced
5 tbsp Coriander leaves
2 tbsp tamarind water
1 tbsp Chilli flakes
1 onion sliced
1 tbsp Salt water
3 Boiled eggs
Boil noodles as per the package instructions and drain. Set aside.
Finely slice the garlic cloves and fry until brown.
Fry 2 sliced onions. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl add little from the fried oil.
Add salt water as required.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Serve in a plate. You can add or minus any ingredients as per your taste buds.
Slit open the boiled egg and spread salt water in it.
Add little fried onion, garlic, chilli flakes coriander leaves.
Place the eggs above the noodles.
Burma special atho is ready to be served.
