Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 250g noodles


  • 1/2 cup cabbage shredded


  • 1 bulb garlic


  • 2 onions sliced


  • 5 tbsp Coriander leaves


  • 2 tbsp tamarind water


  • 1 tbsp Chilli flakes


  • 1 onion sliced


  • 1 tbsp Salt water


  • 3 Boiled eggs

Directions

  • Boil noodles as per the package instructions and drain. Set aside.
  • Finely slice the garlic cloves and fry until brown.
  • Fry 2 sliced onions. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl add little from the fried oil.
  • Add salt water as required.
  • Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Serve in a plate. You can add or minus any ingredients as per your taste buds.
  • Slit open the boiled egg and spread salt water in it.
  • Add little fried onion, garlic, chilli flakes coriander leaves.
  • Place the eggs above the noodles.
  • Burma special atho is ready to be served.
