Grind the sugar in a mixer grinder
In a bowl add flour,sugar powder,baking soda,vanilla essence and butter and mix it well
Now add milk,egg and a little bit of salt and mix it well for 5mins
Now apply some butter in the inner walls of a microwave bowl and pour the cake mix in it
Then add the pieces of chocolate in it
Microwave for 7mins
Then garnish it with gems and serve
