maggi 4, Chopped onion 1, tomato 1, chilli 1 or 2, carrot 1 grated, chopped cabbage half cup, garlic cloves 5-6 chopped, ginger one inch grated, beetroot 1 little grated, turmeric powder half teaspoonful, Salt to taste, coriander to garnish, oil 3 tablespoons water 2 cup
Will prepare all the ingredients.
heat the oil in a pan, add chilli, ginger garlic and onion.
When the onion turns brown, add carrot, tomato,beetroot and salt.
Mix turmeric powder well and fry for a while.
add maggi masala
Then we will add water. .
When the water boils, add noodles and cook till the water dries.
Serve by adding green coriander
