Pressure cook dal for one whistle
Drain water completely and let it cool down
Blend in mixer to fine paste
Heat ghee in a wok and add chana dal paste and cook it till it changes colour and nice aroma exist
Add mava and cook for few minutes
Than add sugar and cook till it becomes thick batter like consistency
Add cardamom powder and half chopped nuts and mix it
Grease the tray and transfer the chana dal batter in it and spread it smoothly
Spread chopped nuts and let it set
When set cut in pieces now it's ready
