For cake- Combine all the cake ingredients in a single bowl and whisk to remove any lumps. Transfer to a greased and lined pan and bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius
For caramel sauce- Heat 1 cup sugar in a heavy pan till it caramelizes, add cream and whisk carefully. Add vanilla and take off heat. Keep sauce aside.
For chocolate topping- Heat the dark chocolate in a microwave proof bowl till it melts, add cream and mix well. Keep aside.
To assemble- Slice cooled cake into half and spread caramel sauce then some chopped ferrero rocher bits and finally the chocolate topping sauce. Close with the other half of cake. Pour the caramel sauce on top of cake, followed by the chocolate topping and lastly arrange ferrero rocher sliced in half on top. Your decadent and luscious cake is ready!
