Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups roasted semolina


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 1-2 nos green chillies


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp mustard


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 5-6 nos garlic cloves chopped


  • 1 inch ginger crushed


  • 1 nos beets grated


  • 1 nos carrot grated


  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and chilli to it
  • Now chopped garlic, ginger and onion will fry till brown, then add carrots, beets and fry till the raw aroma goes away.
  • Add salt
  • then add roasted semolina
  • now,add water
  • Cook until the water dries
  • Ready to serve
