  • 1 cup sooji 2 cup water 2 cup sugar 3 cup milk 1/4 tsp cardamom powder 1 tsp ghee 2 tbsp milk powder 2 tbsp sugar


  • Heat a pan add ghee, milk, milk powder, 2tbsp sugar and stir well and get the milk boil on low flame
  • Keep stirring occasionally now add roasted suji mix well and stir continuously until it absorbs milk
  • Cook this suji mawa until it separate the pan. When it separate keep aside for 5 mnt.
  • Grease the dough and knead it until it becomes soft. Make ball and deep fry.
  • Heat a pan add 2 cup of water and sugar. When it starts boiling add cardamom powder mix well and boil for 2 mnt then keep aside.
  • Now cool the jamun ball for 2 mnt and add in warm sugar syrup. Rest them for 2 hrs. Serve in a bowl.
