Sieve all dry ingredients for red velvet cake.
In a bowl add malai, powdered sugar and milk whisk until sugar dissolves.
Add red velvet essence and red gel colour.
Now add dry ingredients into it and mix with cut and fold method.
Grease a baking tin with oil and pour the batter in it.
Bake it on 180° c for 20 minutes in preheated oven.
Let it cool completely.
Cut the heart shape pieces in it.
For vanilla cake - In a bowl add all dry ingredients.
Now add vanilla essence, oil, milk and mix properly.
Grease a loaf tin with oil and preheat the oven at 180°c for 10 minutes.
Arrange red velvet cake heart shapes in a greased loaf tin as like shown in picture.
Pour the vanilla batter on it and slightly tap it.
Bake at 180°c for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes cool completely and cut the pieces.
