Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups butter milk


  • 1/2 cups refiend oil


  • 1 cups powder sugar


  • 1 1/4 cups cup maida


  • 1/4 cups cocoa powder


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 2/3 cups non dairy whipped cream


  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup

Directions

  • In a bowl add Butter milk And Oil
  • Mix Buttermilk and oil and vanilla essence.
  • Mix it well.
  • Now Seive all Dry ingredients.
  • Like All purpose flour, Powder Sugar , Baking powder ,Baking Soda , Cocoa Powder,
  • Mix Dry and wet ingredients well
  • Make a cup cake batter using cut and fold method
  • In a muffin tray place silicon mould
  • Pour Ladelful of cake batter.
  • Tap it well.
  • Bake it in a Preheated microwave/ Ovan For 25-30 Minutes.
  • After 30 minutes Cup cake are ready.
  • Let it cool down completely before Piping Cream on top.
  • Meanwhile Take 2/3 Cup chilled whipped in a bowl
  • Beat cream untill ribbon form
  • Add 1-2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • Beat until stiff peaks uppear.
  • Take whipped cream in a piping bag.
  • Design cup cake with this yummy chocolate cream icing.
  • Yummy Soft and Delicious Chocolate Cup Cakes Are Ready To Serve.
