Ingredients

2 kgs carrot
1 litre milk
1 cups mava
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp ghee
1/4 cups chopped nuts
1/2 tsp kesar strands
2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp raisins
Directions
Grate the carrot
Boil the milk in kadahi and add grated carrot
Cook on medium flame till the milk absorb
Add sugar at this stage
Add mava,nuts and ghee when all the water absorbed
Mix it for min and add cardamom powder
Garnish with nuts and serve
