Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • 2 kgs carrot


  • 1 litre milk


  • 1 cups mava


  • 2 cups sugar


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1/4 cups chopped nuts


  • 1/2 tsp kesar strands


  • 2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tbsp raisins

Directions

  • Grate the carrot
  • Boil the milk in kadahi and add grated carrot
  • Cook on medium flame till the milk absorb
  • Add sugar at this stage
  • Add mava,nuts and ghee when all the water absorbed
  • Mix it for min and add cardamom powder
  • Garnish with nuts and serve
