Ingredients

  • lauki/ bottlegaurd chopped 150 gms

  • garlic cloves 4 nos

  • oil 2 tbsp

  • mustard 1 tsp

  • chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat oil and add mustard and garlic

  • 02

    When garlic turns brown add chopped lauki and all the seasonings

  • 03

    Cover till its cooked

  • 04

    Stir in between and curry is ready to eat
