  • 150 gms lauki/ bottlegaurd chopped
  • 4 nos garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat oil and add mustard and garlic
  • When garlic turns brown add chopped lauki and all the seasonings
  • Cover till its cooked
  • Stir in between and curry is ready to eat
