Grease a cake mould and keep it aside
Heat up 1 cup salt in cooker or karai
In a bowl add milk vinegar and vanilla essence and mix well
Swift flour baking powder baking soda and cocoa powder
Take another bowl add butter sugar and oil mix with a whisker
Now add condensed milk and mix well
Add all dry and wet material to make cake batter
Pour the batter in the cake mould bake into preheated cooker for 40 minutes
Now the cake is ready let it cool .
Demold the cake cut it into heart shapes with cookies cutter
Heat up the chocolate sauce for 2 minutes add the grated chocolate to make it thick
Pour it on the cakes
Decorate with pistachio or pumpkin seeds
