For making jelly peel off the oranges
Mash in the strainer to get the juice
Heat up the water in a pan add china grass and mix well
Cook for 2-3 minutes add orange juice, food colour and sugar
Cook on high flame for 5 minutes switch off the flame and let it cool
Pour it in your favourite bowl and keep it in the fridge to set
For making cake add butter curd vanilla essence and green food colour and mix them well
Add sugar and blend with hand blender
Sieve the flour with baking powder and baking soda and a pinch of flour
Fold the flour until well combined
If becomes thick then add some milk
Grease the cake tin dust the flour and pour the mixture
Keep it in the preheated oven at 180 degree for half an hour
Let the cake be cooled
Remove the jelly from the fridge
Place the jelly on the center of the cake and decorate the sides with whipped cream
Now your jelly cake is ready to eat
