Firstly heat a kadhayi on medium flame for 15 minutes.
In a bowl add semolina, sugar, curd, baking powder, and vanilla essences. Mix well.
Now add melted butter and mix untill suger dissolved completely. Keep it aside for 5 minutes with cover lid.
Now grease the tin inside and add place a butter paper.
Place a stand in kadhayi .
Mix the batter again a d transfer in the tin and place it on stand.
Cover the lide and cook for 45 minutes. Turn off the gas.
In a pan add 3/4 cup sugar and 1 cup water and make sugar syrup. Cook for more 5 minutes and turn off the gas.
Add rose essence and mix well.
Now separate the cake from sides and flip in a plate.
Now spread the sugar syrup on cake.
In starting you will feel that sugar syrup is extra. But in one hour, cake will absorb all the syrup.
After 1 hour garnish with almond chips.
Cake is ready.
