Wash moong daal and soak for 4 hours.
Strain all the water and grind roughly. Don't add water.
Take a heavy bottom pan and heat ghee.
Now add grinded dal and roast well.
It will take approx 30 minute
Now transfer dal in a steel strainer so that entire ghee can dropped.
In same pan add water and sugar. When sugar syrup dissolve completely boil for more 5 minute's
Now add roasted dal and cover the lid.
Cook for 10 minutes.
When dal absorve suger syrup completely turn off the gas.
Mix the chopped dry fruits.
Ready to serve .
