Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • For katori....100 gm vermicelli


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 3 tbsp condensed milk


  • 2 tbsp water


  • For rabadi...500 ml milk


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tbsp chopped badam


  • 5-6 strands of kesar

Directions

  • For katori...Heat ghee in a pan and golden roast vermicelli
  • Add water and condensed milk and cardamom powder and mux it nicely
  • In muffin mould put this vermicelli and with help of spoon give the shape
  • Keep this in refrigerator for half an hour
  • Meanwhile boil milk till thick consistency and add kesar, cardamom powder and badam
  • Let it cool
  • Demould sevai katori from muffin mould and arrange it on serving tray
