For katori...Heat ghee in a pan and golden roast vermicelli
Add water and condensed milk and cardamom powder and mux it nicely
In muffin mould put this vermicelli and with help of spoon give the shape
Keep this in refrigerator for half an hour
Meanwhile boil milk till thick consistency and add kesar, cardamom powder and badam
Let it cool
Demould sevai katori from muffin mould and arrange it on serving tray
