Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Plantain 2 nos

  • jaggery 3 nos

  • cardamom powder 3 nos

  • cardamom powder 2 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Heat pan ,add ghee and put the plantain pieces

  • 02

    Dilute jaggery pieces with 1/2 cup water and keep it aside

  • 03

    When the plantains are browned slightly add the jaggery mix and let it reduce to a thick

  • 04

    Then add cardamom powder and give it a good stir without mashing, remove from flame

  • 05

    Serve warm
