Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 1/2 cups aval


  • 1/3 cups ghee


  • 3 nos cardamom


  • 1 1 /2 tbsp raisins


  • 1/3 cups powdered sugar

Directions

  • Dry roast the aval until its starts to become brown in color
  • Grind it to fine powder along with the cardamom seeds
  • Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the raisins
  • Reduce the flame and add the powdered aval and mix well and switch of the stove
  • Add powdered sugar and mix well
  • Make it to ladoos when the mixture is still warm
