Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 6-8 Wheat bread (cut into 4 PC's)

  • 1.5 li full cream milk

  • 4 tbsp Ghee

  • 1 cup sugar syrup

  • 1 tsp suhana dudh masala

  • 2 tbsp almond & pistachios slices

  • 7-8 kesar dhage soaked in milk

  • 7-8 glazed Cherry (optional)

  • 2 tbsp suagr

Directions

  • 01

    Ghee Roast bread pieces on tawa untill golden crispy from both sides

  • 02

    Condense milk @ low flame in a heavy bottom pan, untill make thick rabadi

  • 03

    Add crispy bread pieces in sugar syrup for 1 min only & line them in a serving bowl

  • 04

    Add 2 tbsp sugar in milk, add cardamom powder,suhana dudh masala ,kesar milk & dhage ,mix well,

  • 05

    Now pour this rabadi on bread pieces & garnished with badam pista katran & slicead cherrys

  • 06

    Keep it in refrigerator for approx 1 hr & serve chilled.
