In a bowl. Grate the coconut. Keep aside
Heat kadai. Add jaggeey and water. Cook till the jaggery dissolves.
Add grated coconut. Cook till the coconut and jaggery coated well.
Add milk powder, cardamom powder. Mix....well
Cook till the coconut mixture is thick and sticky
