  • 1 cup fresh grated coconut

  • 1 /2 cup liquid jaggery

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  • 2 tbsp milk powder

  • 1/2 tsp a pinch of salt

  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • In a bowl. Grate the coconut. Keep aside
  • Heat kadai. Add jaggeey and water. Cook till the jaggery dissolves.
  • Add grated coconut. Cook till the coconut and jaggery coated well.
  • Add milk powder, cardamom powder. Mix....well
  • Cook till the coconut mixture is thick and sticky
  • Switch of the flame. When the mixture is slightly hot. Start Making ladoo. Repeat the same procedure. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Ready to serve gurer narkeler naro
