remove the seeds from guava and boil it
Smash it and strain them
heat ghee, Dry Grapes, Cashewnuts and roast them well
in a pan, add the smashed Guava, Sugar and Milk to it
Boil them till the sugar gets dissolved
add the cardamom powder when payasam turns thick
add the roasted Cashewnuts and dry grapes.Payasam is ready
