Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 1.5 cup maida

  • 1 cup fine sugar

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence

  • 1/2 cup fresh curd

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 100 GM's Dark chocolate

  • 1 cup amul fresh cream

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp cooking soda

Directions

    Take butter, curd,sugar in a big mixing bowl, mix well untill mixture is become creamy & fluffy

    Add vanilla essence, baking powder & cooking soda mix well & leave it as it is for max 5-7 min.

    Now in another mixing bowl sieve maida & Coco powder together & add this into wet ingredients slowly & mix gentle ,untill all come together without any lumps.

    You can adjust consistency by adding milk,only if needed.

    Now take a baking tray/pot & grease with butter & dusted with maida

  • 06

    Pour the cake batter into this tray & tap gently to remove air bubbles.

    Put this tray into preheated oven (180°c for 10 min.) For cake baking set oven @170°c for 30 min..

    After 30 min check the cake if needed then bake for 5-10 min. More, as oven temperature varies

    For ganache, take a heavy bottom pan, add amul fresh cream & bring it to a boil, turn off the gas

    Add dark chopped dark chocolate,1 tbsp butter & mix it well.

  • 11

    You will see a shiny chocolate Ganache spread it on cake & garnish ur cake with some sprinklers.. it ready to enjoy.
