In a small heavy bottomed pot bring the water, sugar, rose water and lemon juice to a boil for 10 minutes or until the consistency is like a syrup and keep aside.
In a pan add seviya and roast it till golden brown.
Mix orange colour in melted butter. And then add butter in seviya.
Heat a pan add milk. After a bowl add lemon juice and wait till water seprats.
Strain the paneer in strainer and squeeze out the extra water.
Put paneer in mixer and blend 4 to 5 times till it creamy.
Take a pan add half of vermacill and press equally.
Put creamy paneer and grated mozzarella cheese and grated carrot and press equally.
Put rest of vermacilly and pressed equally.
Put the pan in gas on slow flame then cover it and for 5 to 7 minutes . Take a aluminium plate flip the kunafa turn and put the plate on gas for 5 to 7 minutes.
After that put in plate and spread the sugar surup equally.
Spinkle pistachios and served when warm.
