Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups for jalebi : maida


  • 1 tsp curd


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1/4 tsp cornflour


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 3-4 nos kesar strands


  • 1/2 tsp elliachi powder


  • 1 litre for rabri : full fat milk


  • 4 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • Mix maida, cornflour, baking soda and curd in a mixing bowl add water to make a batter
  • Make one string consistency sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar
  • Add elliachi and kesar in syrup
  • Pour batter in sauce dispenser
  • Heat ghee in a pan and make shape of jalebi with batter in dispenser
  • Soak cooked jalebi in sugar syrup for 5 mins and its ready to serve
  • For rabri boil milk till thick consistency
  • Stir it continuously while boiling
  • As it come to desire consistency add sugar and cook till sugar dissolve
  • Add cardamom powder and chopped nuts
  • Now its ready to serve with jalebi
