Mix maida, cornflour, baking soda and curd in a mixing bowl add water to make a batter
Make one string consistency sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar
Add elliachi and kesar in syrup
Pour batter in sauce dispenser
Heat ghee in a pan and make shape of jalebi with batter in dispenser
Soak cooked jalebi in sugar syrup for 5 mins and its ready to serve
For rabri boil milk till thick consistency
Stir it continuously while boiling
As it come to desire consistency add sugar and cook till sugar dissolve
Add cardamom powder and chopped nuts
Now its ready to serve with jalebi
