Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup grated beetroot


  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 1/2 cup grated jaggery


  • 2 tbsp dessicated coconut


  • 1 tsp elliachi powder


  • 1 tsp chopped badam


  • 1 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Heat milk in a pan and add beetroot in it
  • When milk evaporate and beetroot get cooked add grated jaggery
  • As jaggery melt the mix become thin..cook further till it become thick at this stage add ghee
  • When it comes in thick consistency add elliachi powder and chopped badam
  • Let it cool...take dessicated coconut in a plate
  • Make ladoo form the cooked beetroot and roll on coconut..it's ready to serve
