Heat milk in a pan and add beetroot in it
When milk evaporate and beetroot get cooked add grated jaggery
As jaggery melt the mix become thin..cook further till it become thick at this stage add ghee
When it comes in thick consistency add elliachi powder and chopped badam
Let it cool...take dessicated coconut in a plate
Make ladoo form the cooked beetroot and roll on coconut..it's ready to serve
