  • 2 kiwi

  • 1 1/2 cup wheat flour

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 1/2 cup powder sugar

  • 2 drops vanilla essence

  • 1 egg or 1 ripe banana

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 2 teaspoon coco powder(optional)

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 pinch baking soda

  • 1/4 cup oil


  • First mix in baking powder,baking soda salt to wheat flour very well then add sifted coco powder (optional), (if giving to kids in hidden way then add coco powder else not needed) Make a puree of kiwi and keep aside. Now add oil milk and vanilla essence and mix well. Beat and egg or mash a banana well, mix in milk oil essence mixture to the egg or mashed banana and then add the wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Once wet ingredients are added to dry ingredients mix well and lastly add kiwi purée and incorporate it to the batter. Pour into muffin mould preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 10 mins and bake it for 25 to 30 mins. Check with a toothpick by inserting it after 30 mins it should come out clean else bake for another 5 mins. Ready to serve.
