  • 100 gms left over milk sweets

  • 1/2 cups milk

  • 200 gms wheat flour

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cups oil


  • First measure 100 grams of any leftover milk sweet. I took peda and kaju pista roll.Now pour in warm milk into a mixy jar.Now break the sweets into small pieces and add it to the milk.Keep this aside.Measure wheat flour in a bowl add in salt baking powder and baking soda and mix well.Make a well in the center add in oil over that the milk mixture and fold it into the wheat flour in cut and fold method. Do not over mix.Once mixture is ready grease the cake mould.Now pour the batter into it and dab it once on the surface to avoid air bubbles. Preheat the oven to 200 degree and bake the cake for 20 to 20 mins at same temperature. Once done check it, when pricked into the cake with tooth pick, toothpick should come out clean. Cool and cut and serve as dessert.
