Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 cups of de seeded watermelon chunks


  • 1 small riped banana, diced


  • 1/4 cup coconut/almond milk


  • 2 tbsp condensed milk


  • For topping: 1 strawberry diced


  • 1/2 banana sliced


  • 2 tbsp almond/pista chopped


  • 1 tbsp condensed milk

Directions

  • In tray spread the fruits and freeze for an hour or more
  • Add frozen fruits and condensed milk in a blender, run it on low speed until it gets grainy
  • Add coconut/almond milk little by little, blend again, scrapping down the sides. Blend until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency. Scoop into individual serving bowls or in a big bowl
  • Top it up with diced banana, strawberry and nuts or anything you like
  • Serve immediately but leftover can be freezed and thawed before reusing
