Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 2 mangoes

  • 3 tbsp condensed milk/ icing sugar

  • 250g fresh cream

  • 395ml condensed milk

  • 5 more Biscuits

Directions

  • 01

    Peel and finely chop the mangoes.

  • 02

    Add condensed milk or sugar and layer it in a dessert bowl.

  • 03

    Dip the biscuits in milk and place it over the mangoes.

  • 04

    Blend together the cream and condensed milk and pour it over the mangoes.

  • 05

    Add another layer of dipped biscuits above the cream.

  • 06

    Refrigerate before serving.

  • 07

    Top it with caramelized nuts for extra crunch.
