Peel and finely chop the mangoes.
Add condensed milk or sugar and layer it in a dessert bowl.
Dip the biscuits in milk and place it over the mangoes.
Blend together the cream and condensed milk and pour it over the mangoes.
Add another layer of dipped biscuits above the cream.
Refrigerate before serving.
