Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • Fresh grated coconut 1 cup


  • Jaggery 3/4 cup


  • Clarified butter 1 tbsp


  • Water 2 tbsp


  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Directions

  • Heat Jaggery and two tbsp water in a pan on high flame. Cook for 7 - 8 mins until jaggery syrup is thick Add fresh grated coconut  and mix well Cook for 8 - 10 mins till thick consistency Add cardamom powder and mix well. Once cooled make a shape of ladoo.
