Ingredients

  • 1 cup vermicelli


  • 1 liter milk


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 5 almonds


  • 5 Cashews

Directions

  • In a dry roast the vermicelli untill it turns light golden.
  • Add 2 cup of water and cook untill.it Absorb all water.
  • Now in a big pan add milk and boiled vermicelli.
  • Cook and reduced the milk untill it is thick like kheer.
  • Add sugar and chopped dryfruits.
  • Cooked untill it turns again thick.
  • Serve hot.
  • If you like chilled, keep them in fridge for 1 hour.
