In a dry roast the vermicelli untill it turns light golden.
Add 2 cup of water and cook untill.it Absorb all water.
Now in a big pan add milk and boiled vermicelli.
Cook and reduced the milk untill it is thick like kheer.
Add sugar and chopped dryfruits.
Cooked untill it turns again thick.
Serve hot.
If you like chilled, keep them in fridge for 1 hour.
